The usage of the website by its users (each referred to as a «User») is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. These terms and conditions are applicable to the Site as well as all products and services provided by Maria Kolchina Hair Styling School. By accessing and using this Site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are detailed below. If you do not agree to these policies, please refrain from using our Site.

The policies listed on this page may be updated by Maria Kolchina Hair Styling School at any time, and the validity date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. It is recommended that Users check this page regularly to stay informed about any changes to our business practices. It is your responsibility to periodically review these policies and to become aware of any modifications. By continuing to use the Site after any changes have been posted, you acknowledge and agree to accept the updated policies.

Customs and Import Duties:

Depending on your country of residence, you may be required to pay import taxes, customs duties, and/or a brokerage (handling) fee, and a currency exchange fee for any purchases. These fees are not included in the purchase cost of your item/course and will be billed separately by your country’s customs department or financial institution. Please note that Maria Kolchina Hair Styling School is not liable for any of these additional charges.

Purchasing online courses is non-refundable.

Purchases of “in-person” courses and hands-on training bookings are subject to the following conditions.

Payment of a non-refundable deposit of 50% per person is required to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the course start date.

Rescheduling is allowed once within a 12-month period from the date of deposit payment. Payments can be made in cash, electronic funds transfer (EFT), or Paypal (a PayPal booking fee may apply).

Credit card facilities are not available. Please contact Maria Kolchina for alternative payment methods if required.

Failure to pay the final balance one week prior to the course start date may result in the cancellation of the booking to make room for other attendees. Rescheduling will only be possible 1 time in the 12-month period.

If the course is unavoidably postponed by Maria (e.g., due to illness), a full refund will be offered, or a rescheduling option will be offered. This will not affect the option to reschedule once within the 12-month period.

Privacy and Data

The way in which the website collects, uses, maintains and discloses information from users (each, a ‘User’) of the website (‘Site’) is governed by this Privacy Policy. This policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Maria Kolchina Hair Styling School.
